Real-time ETA from Google
We know, how it is important for our customers to provide reliable information about delivery time for consumers. In the modern world it is absolutely necessary to consider real time traffic information to predict driving time accurately.
So, we are delighted to now be able to provide this feature, as standard, to all our customers! Real time ETAs can now be calculated using real time traffic information provided by Google.

Planned order import and editing via API
You have planned your deliveries in advance and your customer has phoned to make a change. This is not an issue for Maxoptra users. Now, you can edit your planned, but not fixed, orders without un-allocating them not only from the Planning screen but via API and import process as well. Before your schedule is fixed you can change any order parameter not affecting planning (for example, Order Items, Additional instructions) in your CRM system or in your CSV-import file and, when importing your order, this parameter will be updated in Maxoptra automatically.

Customer location verification
Maxoptra users can now benefit from our improved customer location verification mechanism. This gives users the confirmation that a geocoded customer location has been verified, when and by whom. This will help minimise the impact when locations are verified incorrectly, allowing transport teams to make changes quickly and efficiently. Now, this information is available via API as well.

Maxoptra REST API changes
Starting from this release, you have the ability to get attachments to the orders through Maxoptra REST API. Attachments are available through the getOrderStatuses and getOrdersWithZone methods and methods of getting schedule (getScheduleByAOCOnDate, getScheduleByVehicleOnDate, getScheduleByVehicleRun).
