Customizable Reports, in Excel
We have made some refinements to our current Excel reporting functionality to help you extract as much useful data from your Maxoptra system as possible. Our new customizable Excel report tool allows you to export data from Maxoptra and organize it in an effective way based on a range of specific parameters (such as date or time period). You can then use this data to create the tables and reports required for your business, linking them to the new customizable report functionality. Once created the reports and tables will be automatically updated giving you the information you need in an easy to use format, displayed in the way that you need.
Attaching Photographs to an order
We know how important it is for our customers to have accurate information relating to order delivery and completion. To support this we have added new functionality which allows drivers to take a photograph using their mobile device. This can then be attached to the order in your system for feedback and future reference.
Have you ever moved an order on the Gantt chart, changed your mind and needed to reverse the change quickly? We have enhanced our standard system so that Undo/Redo functionality is available as standard to all users. By clicking on the Undo or Redo buttons you can automatically revert to your last manually planned action in the system.
